Subject: ANPAN Congress 2023. Hotel reservation. Hotel Radisson Blu GHR Rome, Via Domenico Chelini, 41 - Rome.

Good afternoon to all,

We would like to inform you that ANPAN has optioned some rooms at the Hotel RADISSON BLU GHR ROME, Via Domenico Chelini, 41 - 00197 Rome, for the overnight stay of the participants of the 2023 Congress.

We kindly ask those interested in making hotel reservations to send an email by Feb. 15 p.v. indicating number and type of room, dates and credit card number, to guarantee the reservation.

We summarize below what the option provides.

Arrival:

Thursday, April 27 and departure on Saturday, April 29, 2023.

The facility offers the option of booking some rooms on April 26 for those interested.

Quotations:

- Double room singlolo use Standard: €163.00 per night, including breakfast.

- Standard MATRIMONIAL room: € 173.00 per night, breakfast included.

- Tourist tax € 7.00 per person per night.

Deadline of reservation and validity of rates: Wednesday, February 15, 2023.

Cancellation policy: 7 days before arrival - after April 20 p.v. 100% of the stay will be charged.

Reservations must be made via email in PDF format by sending the fully completed and signed reservation form to one of the following addresses:
